How to Apply Tanzania Immigration Department Jobs

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION:


The applicant is required to submit a handwritten job application letter with a constantly accessible phone number. Alongside the job application letter, the applicant should attach copies of the following documents:

  1. Identification letter from the Local Government/Village or Shehia Authority;
  2. Certificate of completion of training from the National Service (JKT) or Economic Service (JKU). For applicants in camps, their letters should pass through the respective Camp Commanders;
  3. Birth Certificate;
  4. National ID (NIDA) or NIDA Number from the National Identification Authority;
  5. Certificate of Ordinary Level, Advanced Level, and Degree;
  6. Other certificates for various professional qualifications at the Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels (as applicable);
  7. Professional registration certificates for fields requiring Board registration;
  8. Applicant’s Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  9. Five (05) Passport-sized photos with ocean-blue background.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
The deadline for submitting applications is January 12, 2024.

NOTE
No applications will be accepted outside the specified procedure in section number 4 above.

Any applicant found submitting forged documents will face legal actions, including prosecution.”
